Opening Times for Associates
Tuesday and Thursday from 10.00 to 12 noon. Associate will be asked to go to reception for a photograph for a new pass which will allow them to swipe in to the car park. This will not give them access to other areas of the site.

- Please ensure that your visit to the Company shop is in line with the allocated opening days and times. Please respect cashier’s working hours by allowing sufficient time for your shopping prior to the closing time of the shop.
- Please ensure you have your P&G identification and your bank debit card (& PIN) with you for your shopping.
- Please ensure you follow the limits displayed for each product whilst shopping. Please always check the “Specials Board" for additional offers.
- Please ensure you only bring one visitor and that the visitor is over the age of 16 for health and safety reasons. Please note that your visitor is not allowed to pay for the shopping using his/her debit card.
- Associates may nominate ONE named surrogate if they are unable to make the journey to the shop in person. This person will be issued with a card and must present this. Again this card must match the debit card used. The named surrogate may not bring anyone with them.
- PLEASE HELP THE CASHIER ADHERE TO THE COMPANY POLICY BY NOT REQUESTING ANY DEVIATION FROM THE ABOVE. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO STRICTLY FOLLOW THE ABOVE GUIDELINES WITHOUT VIOLATION.
