THE LONDON TRAMPERS RETURN TO MUNDON
MONDAY JULY 19th 2010
The group enjoyed another sparkling summers day for the July ramble. The ramble was centred around the White Horse at Mundon, a location we had visited before.

During the ramble the group visited the Parish Church of St. Mary - a grade 1 listed monument in the care of the Friends of Friendless churches. They must have been working hard, because George Mann recalled that when we were there 3 to 4 years ago it looked as though it would fall down, however with a grant it has now been renovated to its former glory, as can be seen in the photos below.

In fact, the church reopened after extensive conservation work in October 2009. Click here to read the history of the church.
Derek was busy with his camera before the group set off and when they returned. Here are some of his pictutes.

A deep conversation.
