Selection Interview Training

London Plant Associate Ron Suttling has been helping Secondary School pupils prepare for interview for a number of years.
Whilst working at the factory Ron was active in helping students through a Young Enterprise scheme organised by the plant.
This included taking students on a one-to-one basis through a mock interview.
Although Ron no longer does these interviews, for the past two years he has been invited to the Westcliffe High School for Boys in Essex to give a 30 minute presentation to 150 boys at the school as they are about to go to interviews for work experience in companies in the local area.
Ron supports this work with a PowerPoint presentation.
The school said that the boys found the talk of value and invited Ron back again this year in May.
