London Plant Retirees Christmas Lunch - Wednesday, 3rd December 2008.

The London Plant Retirees Christmas lunch was held in the newly opened Whitmore Suite at Orsett Hall.  Nearly 140 retirees and a few guests from the plant sat down to a 4 course seasonal meal  It was a sparkling, crisp sunny day.  Our host was Pedro Estragues, the new London site manager.  Opening the event, Tony Kennard welcomed Pedro, reviewed the London Associate activities for the past 12 months, and  invited Associates to join the Regional team .  Pedro welcomed the retirees and gave a short account of his family and P&G background.

After the meal Tony thanked Brian Relf and Linda Illing who had organised this most enjoyable event.  Brian and Linda, helped by George Mann then conducted  a tombola with many prize winners.  Below are pictures of a few of the winners.

Another enjoyable lunch and reunion for London retirees, thanks to Pedro who hosted it and to all the hard work by Brian and Linda.
