Manchester Plant 75th Anniversary
On-site Event 27th June 2009 

• Entrance to the event will be restricted to the list of employees/associates who have requested tickets for themselves plus guests.  If you need to check if you're on the list please contact Jane Thomson, HR Department on 0161 875 6821. The event is taking place on Saturday 27th June - doors will open at 10.00am closing at 4.00pm.  Please use the main staff car park for parking.
   
• Upon arrival there will be a registration marquee whereby you will be marked off the above mentioned list and each person will receive a wrist band which must be worn whilst on site.  The wrist band contains tokens which can be exchanged for food and drinks.  There will be an opportunity to purchase additional food items from the catering marquees if required.
   
• In aid of local charities you will also be able to purchase a P&G charity product bag for a great offer of £10!  (Payment via cash or cheque will be accepted). There are a limited number and only one allowed per P&G employee/Associate - unfortunately we cannot open this up to additional family members.  Once purchased your name will be marked against the registration list.
   
• Please note that smoking on site will only be allowed in the current designated smoking shelter areas.
