P&G Associate Contact Scheme
Procter and Gamble started The Associate Contact Programme in 2000 as the main activity to enable the Associate Scheme to keep in touch with other Procter and Gamble associates. The facility is still available to any associate who wishes to receive a telephone call or visit 2 or 3 times a year from a fellow associate who has volunteered to do so.
At the major locations, the need for the Contact Programme has reduced since associates have taken advantage of meeting up with other associates through the extensive social programme of trips, pub lunches, walks and seminars. However, there may be associates whose situation has now changed who would now appreciate being contacted.
