Concert Section members,

There is a slight change of plan to the ownership of the Concert Section within the Sports and Social Club for the short term.
Effective immediately, I will be taking over running the Concert Section and Laura Crane will assist me.

Please can you direct all Concert Section queries/requests to me at the new concert email address – concert-section@hotmail.co.uk – and I will endeavour to reply to you as quickly as I can (please note: this may not always be possible inside of core working hours, so expect to receive some responses over evenings/weekends).

I appreciate your patience, please bear with me during this transition period over the next couple of weeks as I get up to speed on the running of the section.

Disclaimer for the S&SC:
Note: By requesting tickets verbally or in writing from the section leader(s), you are committing to paying for them if they are allocated to you.  If you request tickets on behalf of others, you must state the names of the eventual ticket holders so that the section leader(s) can follow up directly with them to confirm their purchase.  Payment terms will be set by the section leader(s) - see below - and must be strictly adhered to; otherwise you forfeit your right to those tickets.  We understand that in exceptional circumstances you may not be able to attend the event; in this eventuality you are still liable for payment unless you can re-sell the tickets to a current Sports and Social Club member. Please contact your section leader(s) as soon as possible to notify them if you cannot attend, as they may be able to assist you with the re-sale.
