Golf Society 2008 Handicaps

The handicapping system has assigned the handicaps in the attached file .
The handicaps have been worked out based on the difference between individual scores and the "average" score for all players.
There will be some differences between these handicaps and individual club handicaps; however, with the objective of having everyone competitive I suggest we give it the rest of his season, starting form these handicaps, to see how things go. Its therefore important that we play off theses handicaps in Society events irrespective of whether they are higher or lower than club handicaps. Handicaps in this system may still be manually changed but lets see how it goes at the next few events before deciding how to handle.
