Harry Lowe looks after the North East Region part of the website.  He joined the Company when it was Thos Hedley in September 1959 at Longbenton then in 1967 moved to Data Processing at Gosforth.  In 1989 he became the manager of Salaries & Pensions Department until his retirement in March 2001.
Harry's main interests outside P&G are the Reserve Forces, youth work, pensions, helicopter flying and his two grandsons & two grandaughters (but not necessarily in that order).
Harry was awarded the OBE in 1988 and became a Deputy Lord Lieutenant of Tyne & Wear in 2007.
