If you wish to take part in a walk please complete the booking form enclosed in the latest issue of The Associate magazine.
All walkers will be sent full details before each walk by email only (special arrangements may be made for people without internet access).
In addition, bookings for all walks must be received by the closing date quoted on the booking form. Full walk details will be forwarded by email.
We regret we are unable to accept more than 50 bookings for any one walk.
The admin charge for walks £10 per person per year
Please ensure that payments are made by cheque and included with the booking form as we regret we are unable to handle cash.

Hulne Park (5 miles) 
This walk is in stunning parkland on the Duke of Northumberland's Estate, the development of which was begun during the 18th century by Hugh, 1st Duke of Northumberland with the help of the renowned landscape architect Capability Brown.

Steel Rigg (6 miles) 
Everybody loves this, the most photographed section of Hadrian’s Wall. There are scenic views of Hotbank Crags & Crag Lough as we proceed by excellent - if sometimes challenging – paths.

Morpeth & Bothal (5.5 miles)  
From Morpeth we walk through Bluebell Wood and then descend to the River Wansbeck and follow it to Bothal sawmill, returning beside pleasant fields of wheat and barley.

Teesdale (12 miles)   
Heading south west from Middleton in Teesdale we pick up the Pennine way for about two miles then leave it after skirting Harter Fell . We then descend to Holwick Lodge and visit the waterfalls of High and Low Force before returning along the Tees to Middleton.

Northumberland Coast (11.5 miles)   
A bracing coastal walk starting from Beadnell, going inland via Tughall to take lunch at Newton-by-the-Sea before returning to Beadnell via the dunes or the coastal path.

Hamsterley Forest (11.5 miles)   
This is a walk across the heather moors of Pikeston Fell and through the extensive broadleaf and coniferous forest along the sheltered valley west of Hamsterley.
Full details are sent out via email about 3 weeks before each walk to all walkers who have returned a booking form for that walk.
The booking form for all North East Events is mailed out quarterly as an insert to The Associate magazine.
